Web availability checklist
Below is a quick check list reminder if you're struggling to set unit/locations to show on your web availability.
System->Maintain Locations
- Is “Show on web” ticked?
Units->Maintain units
- Is “show on web” ticked? - Hire profile - are the correct days set? - Min/Max nights - Min nights > 0? - Min/Max nights - Max nights set? - Short-break available, is it ticked? Should it be? If profile has more than one day selected this should auto-tick. - Available from/to. Are they set? Are they correct? - Unit dates - check for blocked dates - OK?
Pricing->Maintain price periods
- Does the year exist? - Is “available on-line” ticked for the relevant/all price period(s)? - Is “Short break” ticked for the relevant date? It should be ticked to allow 3/4/10/11 night breaks AND day boats.
Pricing->Maintain base prices
- Is the price for the selected date/duration greater than zero. Zero prices are not available on-line.
Waivers, deposits, midweeks
- Is the deposit set correctly for the class/year?
