To transfer a booking to a new date, start by clicking the “Transfer” button at the top of the page:-
Click “OK” to confirm you want to proceed with the transfer and you should see the date and duration block change as below:-
Select your new date/duration and click “Transfer” - if the new dates are not available you will get a warning and not be able to proceed. To abandon the Transfer click “Cancel”.
If you proceed you will get a confirmation prompt:-
Followed by a prompt to recalculate the price (if you cancel the existing price will be used). That's basically it. If the dates are staying the same but you just want to move the booking to a different unit, then simply click the unit in the Elements tab at the bottom of the booking, as below:- In the pop-up that opens, select the unit to transfer to from the drop-down:- If no other unit is available the system will show this as a message instead of the drop-down. Once selected, click “Save” and you will again be prompted to ask if you wish to recalculate the price.
