Holray uses a menu driven navigation to access it's features.

It is a multi-user system with users allocated to an Agent and with a defined “Role”, this role determines which screens the user has access to.

The menu bar sits at the top of the browser display area, as below:-

Depending upon your role and your system version you may see different menu items.

The menu is laid out from left to right, with items used less frequently on the left or right depending upon their place in the system setup time-line.

Everyday functionality, Customer management, Booking management and Reporting are placed in the middle.

Each heading, as far as possible, represents a grouping of activity with specific functions within that activity showing on a sub-menu beneath the primary heading.
