Maintain System Save Dialogs
This is where you can set pop up messages for your users when they are creating a booking. For example, a particular route may require seperate licences. You can set the message here, to remind your users (and agents) that when making a booking a licence needs to be additionally purchased.
To use this feature click on the existing message to amend or delete it. To add a new message, click on the blue New Message button. A pop up window will appear.
Choose your applicable location. The booking status refers to when the message will appear - when saving a temporary booking, a confirmed booking, whilst transferring or cancelling. The message is for the user - but it can be to remind them to say something to the customer, as necessary or just to themselves.
The display sequence puts the messages in order. If you have several messages sort them, in tens, so that they appear to the user in that order. For example, you might want to remind the user to tell the customer that the boat cannot go under a bridge (most important so sequence 10, and then remind the user to inform the booker that a cup of tea can be ordered on arrival. Not so important so sequence 20). We suggest in tens so that new ones can be added without having to bump everyone else down.
Set to be active and save.
