Maintain Lists
Customer lists are a mechanism to allow you to group Customers together.
You might choose to create a list for marketing purposes, e.g. “Brochure request” then each time a customer requests a brochure you create a new customer record and tick this list to attach the customer to it. When the new brochure is ready for mailing, you can go to the Mailing List Manager, select the “Brochure request” list and easily extract a list of customers that require a brochure.
You might also choose to segment your customers into a REPEAT Bookers list. Let's create that list.
Click the “New List” button and a pop-up window will appear:-
Give the list a meaningful name and a description,as above and click Save.
To see how the new list appears on the customer record, let's add a customer to our new list.
