Holray Booking System

The system can print to labels, either using a label machine or just a sheet of labels in your standard printer. If you use a certain type of label, you can set the system to default to that label type. You may use the labels for mailshots or brochure runs and so on, from the Mailing Lists and Labels function.

There is already a set of labels added to the system which are the standard ones used, but you may add any additional ones you wish.

Go to System Settings and choose Maintain Label Type.

To add a new one, click on the New button and complete the details within the pop up window. Insert.

You can amend which one should be the default one. To save you time.
