This is where you set your agents. An agent can be Hoseasons, Waterways Holidays, Going Boatings and is also a web booker (web agent). Each agent can be assigned a colour. This will show on the chart view to allow you to clearly see where the booking came from. To add a new agent click the New Agent button. Who owns the booking? If you do, tick the box, but if the agent owns the booking, then don't tick the box. For example, web bookers do not own the booking, you do, so tick the box. An agent such as Hoseasons may own the booking, so do not tick the box.
