Once your installation has been enabled for Hoseasons integration, you will need to set the location details for each site from which you operate units also booked by Hoseasons. Go to System→Maintain Locations and select the site/location you wish to edit. Select the Hoseasons Availability drop-down box and select “Yes”, as below:-

4 new fields will open, as above:-

The “Hoseasons Agent” field selects the Agent defined on Holray to which Imported Hoseasons bookings will be attached.

The “Default Import” agent is the Agent with the Default Import Agent flag ticked.

Complete the remaining fields with the details provided by Hoseasons.

Once set, click Save. You will now need to set the Hoseasons details for each relevant unit at that location.
