Holray can integrate directly with the Awaze API and will book off availability as a two-way process leaving you to focus on your bookings and not worry about double bookings.

To integrate with Awaze you will need to know the following:-

• Your API Keys
• Your Sitecode (for each location)
• Your Class and Unit codes (for each unit)

Once enabled on your system, you can set these via System->Maintain Locations and Units->Maintain Units.

Awaze are rolling out a new API service, which will allow two way checking and booking and should hopefully reduce some of the issues caused by the old “lookup” API. We have trialled it in test and as of December 2022 we are trialling it with a small instance to see how it all holds up.

When we are confident it is at least as reliable as the current API we will look to migrate you all to the new API.
