Adding notes to a Customer
The main customer record has a basic notes field but for more detail, you can add a note record to the customer.
Notes on a customer “shine” through onto any bookings for that customer.
N.B. Booking notes do not “shine” onto the customer record.
To add a note, click the Add Note button, and a pop-up will appear, as below:-
Either select an auto-note or simply type a new message and click Insert.
The Notes tab should turn Red and when you click the Tab you should see your note, as below:-
If you wish to edit the note, simply click it in the list, edit as required and Save.
To delete the note, click it in the list, and click the delete button.
As mentioned above, customer notes shine through onto any booking for that customer, as below:-
