Lists allow you to group your customers for marketing purposes. If you use a bulk mail tool such as Mailchimp, you will already be familiar with the notion of a list. If you need to create a new list, you can find out how here.

To add a customer to our “Repeat bookers” list we simply find our customer record and click on the “lists” tab.
