Add a customer to a list
Lists allow you to group your customers for marketing purposes. If you use a bulk mail tool such as Mailchimp, you will already be familiar with the notion of a list. If you need to create a new list, you can find out how here.
To add a customer to our “Repeat customer” list we simply find our customer record and click on the “lists” tab. We then “tick” the check-box against the list(s) to which we wish to attach the customer.
There is no need to Save the record, checking or un-checking a list checkbox triggers the save event automatically.
We can use the list as a search criteria to find all customer records in that list:-
