Web availability checklist

Below is a quick check list reminder if you're struggling to set unit/locations to show on your web availability.

1. Is “Show on web” ticked?

2. Hire profile - are the correct days set?
3. Min/Max nights - Min nights > 0?
4. Min/Max nights - Max nights set?
5. Short-break available, is it ticked? Should it be? If profile has more than one day selected this should auto-tick.
6. Available from/to. Are they set? Are they correct?
7. Unit dates - check for blocked dates - OK?

1. Does the year exist?
2. Is “available on-line” ticked for the relevant/all price period(s)?
3. Is “Short break” ticked for the relevant date? It should be ticked to allow 3/4/10/11 night breaks AND day boats.

1. Is the price for the selected date/duration greater than zero. Zero prices are not available on-line.

1. Is the deposit set correctly for the class/year?
