Working with Awaze/Hoseasons

Holray can integrate directly with the Awaze API and will book off availability as a two-way process leaving you to focus on your bookings and not worry about double bookings.

To integrate with Awaze you will need to know the following:-

• Your API Keys
• Your Sitecode (for each location)
• Your Class and Unit codes (for each unit)

Once enabled on your system, you can set these via System->Maintain Locations and Units->Maintain Units.

Hoseasons/Awaze are rolling out a new API service, which will allow two way checking and booking and should hopefully reduce some of the issues caused by the old “lookup” API. We are gradually upgrading clients to use this new API as it is rolled out by Hoseasons/Awaze.

1. Request “Hoseasons” to be enabled - contact help@holray.co.uk
2. Create a Hoseasons Agent. System->Maintain Agents
3. Set Hoseasons Availbility to Yes on required sites/locations. System->Maintain Locations
4. Set Hoseasons Availability to Yes on required units. Units->Maintain Units
5. Push all current and future bookings to Hoseasons/Awaze.
