Getting Help

We would like the system to completely intuitive and obvious, but we know it can be complex in places. There are parts of the system such as pricing that you will only touch once a year and you won't remember how it worked.

If you're stuck or something doesn't work and you cannot find this answer in this Wiki or on our Knowledgebase then please do get in touch.

You're welcome to call but we're almost certainly already on a call, the best option is to send an email to help@holray.co.uk.

When sending an email, please try to give as much information as possible as to what you're trying to do and what the system won't let you. A screenshot is worth a thousand words. The more you can tell us, the better we can understand the issue and the sooner we can re-create it.

If we can, we'll reply by email, not because we don't want to speak to you but because it leaves a clear record to the team that your question has been responded to and gives you an answer you can refer back to.
