===== Open in a new tab =====
All menu items, if clicked with the left button will open in the current browser tab. Right-click will give the option to open in a new Tab or new Window,as below:-

This can be incredibly useful for checking things in another tab. Watch you don't open too many!

===== Zooming in/out =====

Depending upon your monitor size, your eyes and your preferences you can zoom the system in and out to shrink or enlarge the fonts using Ctrl & + (bigger), Ctrl & - (smaller) or Ctrl & 0 (Back to normal).


===== Dates =====
Currently you can speed enter dates as ddmmyy and the system will expand them to dd/mm/yyyy. NOTE as we move toward HTML5 standard dates this functionality will disappear.


===== Copying tables to Excel. =====
All tables, see [[holray:screens|User interface]], can be selected, copied and should paste successfully into Excel for analysis.

===== Keyboard shortcuts =====
  * Print (the web page) Ctrl & P
  * Refresh the cache (Firefox & Chrome) Shift & F5
  * Copy (Ctrl & C)
  * Paste (Ctrl & V)
