====== Opayo issues ======

We are seeing a high number of issues with Opayo since moving to Protocol 4 and the introduction of SCA2. These problems particularly manifest where a card is not enrolled in 3D secure, e.g. an overseas card.
These problems manifest as a failed web booking which instead of being in a cancelled (XP or ZP) state are left as "T"emporary.

It seems, if the client is using the "old" checkout pages, the redirect for 3D secure goes awry and no response is returned. 15 minutes later we receive an ABORT to which we reply but which Opayo do not acknowledge and the booking is left as temporary.

To identify if this is the issue, it is necessary to check out as far as the Opayo card selection pages and if they look as below:-

You will need to log in to My Sage Pay and go to settings and change the display and general settings to use the "Responsive" checkout. See below:-

The checkout page should now look as below:-

This change will hopefully resolve the issue.
