 Files -> File Manager will bring you to a page which is prefilled with letter templates. All templates have to end with '.txt' so the system knows that they're letters.  Now you can edit your document to your hearts content! Anything in a curly bracket '{ }' is a merge field. These are instructions to the system to prepopulate from the booking. Within the File Manager is a file called 'mergefields.txt'.
